Award-winning restaurant Khao from Ekkamai 10 joins forces with the Hyatt Regency Bangkok Sukhumvit to launch Market Café by Khao in a gesture to honour the heritage and legacy of the Kingdom. Both the hotel and Khao share a similar respect for the local culture; Hyatt Regency has infused into its architecture traditional Thai designs, while the business partner of the restaurant group, Pradinan Arkrachinores, found inspiration for her many dishes from Thai literature. The collaboration results in a cosy new venue that presents historical and cultural significance beyond good tastes.
“Since the opening of our hotel in 2018, we have been relentlessly committed to delivering delicacies and memorable experiences with our in-house offerings,” says Sammy Carolus, general manager of Hyatt Regency Bangkok Sukhumvit. “Since then we have been on a journey of the unexpected, adjusting and catering to the present situation, both embracing the challenges and turning them into opportunities.
