Our chairman Nigel Oakins travelled to Phuket to visit Pru on our top 20 Best Restaurants listing of 2020. With a name that stands for “plant, raise, understand”, the restaurant is led by chef Jim Ophorst, who sources the best ingredients from in and around Phuket whilst also working closely with suppliers to encourage them to bring out the best in their products.
