I’m always a little nervous on first dates and trying to pick the perfect restaurant can make it even worse. That’s why I have a go-to: Tenshino at Pullman Bangkok King Power Hotel. The setting here transports you to the 1920s, which somehow puts the edge of modern life off. Share a platter of the sushi of the day—their o-toro will melt in your mouth—as well as some monkfish cheeks with foie gras and truffle cold soba. Finish your night with a luscious yuzu tiramisu and make sure to snap a couple of pictures for Instagram because it will definitely be a night to remember.
