We all know that black is chic, and the Bvlgari Bvlgari Cities Special Edition has added to this perennial favourite an urban sophistication. The watch itself was born in the ’70s and is crafted in steel coated with Diamond Like Carbon. The name of each city is engraved on the bezel, whose design is inspired by an ancient Romain coin. The transparent caseback reveals the automatic Calibre BVL 191 with 42-hour power reserve. It comes with interchangeable black rubber strap and brown calf leather strap.
The Bvlgari Bvlgari Cities Edition pays homage to nine of the world’s top city destinations, namely Rome, Tokyo, Dubai, Paris, London, Ibiza, Milan, Mexico City and New York. You don’t just get a watch because each watch is accompanied by 12 original artworks that depict the beauty of the respective cities. Each set is drawn by a different artist including Clémence Trossevin, Natacha Paschal and Faunesque. Scroll the gallery above to find out which city is paired with which artist.
