The Shades of Truffle event returns to Enoteca Bangkok until mid-December. Head chef Stefano Borra’s truffle-filled menu incorporates incredible combinations of fresh exotic truffles—hand-picked from the forests of Acqui—and traditional Italian recipes to result in an original, flavourful menu.
