Gaysorn Village is reaffirming its position as a leading luxury shopping venue with the campaign Gaysorn Back to Life, The Art of ‘The New Normal’. To handle the effects of the new coronavirus and assure the smoothest and safest purchasing experience, three new measures have been introduced. Learn about them below so that you know what to expect.

A new way of life known as the “new normal” was brought upon us together with COVID-19. With shopping malls being able to open up, safety is the number one concern followed by customer convenience. The first of Gaysorn’s three measures is to ensure a sanitised atmosphere where the virus cannot be spread. Starting with the air, ozone technology and filters have been installed to eliminate dust and the airborne virus. The whole air conditioning system is now regularly disinfected with the UVC system.

The whole shopping complex is sprayed with disinfectant weekly and all the touchpoints, such as handrails, buttons and the bathroom, are cleaned every half an hour. Hand sanitisers are stationed throughout the mall, especially in areas of high contact risk like cashiers and shop entrances. Upon entering the premises, visitors will be greeted with an automatic thermal scan. In addition, everybody is required to wear protective masks before stepping into the mall.

Table with clear shield

After creating a hygienic space for customers, the next step is to facilitate interaction with caution. Shoppers are reminded to keep distance between one another especially in smaller spaces such as elevators and escalators. The dining experience in Gaysorn Village, too, has received a little tweaking. All foods are served in individual sets, and tables are divided by clear shields for maximum safety.

The “You Shop We Drop” service

After making sure everything is done to keep shoppers and staff safe, it is Gaysorn Village’s priority to further aid your shopping experience as much as possible. Gaysorn To You is a new service that delivers goods purchased online to your doorstep. There are more services as well, such as You Shop We Drop, which lets you receive goods you’ve bought at the designated drive-through location. For food, Gaysorn will deliver food from its restaurants to your place with Grab service. Simply add @GaysornVillage on Line to begin experiencing these services.
