Where better to have brunch than at a Michelin star restaurant? Every last Sunday of the month, from noon until 3pm, J’aime (93/100 in our Thailand Tatler Best Restaurants 2019 guide) serves a menu featuring exquisite dishes such as roasted Maine lobster, pistachio rillettes and salmon gravlax served with dill sour cream, poached eggs and more.

The St Regis’ signature Sunday brunch presents a new immersive dining experience with live performances every third Sunday of the month from 12:30pm to 3:30pm at the hotel’s Viu restaurant. This month, Viu will also be hosting the Oktoberfest-themed brunch with culinary cues from the Bavarian folk festival. We’re talking sausages, pork knuckles, juicy roast chicken, bratwursts and wiener schnitzel, all, of course, accompanied by foamy mugs of beer.
