The long-awaited comeback of 80/20 is finally here and to celebrate, chef-patron Joe Napol Jantraget and pastry chef Saki Hoshino are resuming their culinary journey with a pre-monsoon tasting menu showcasing 100 per cent local ingredients.

The five-course menu priced at 1,900++ baht features dishes such as Smoked River Fish and Banana Blossom, Flavours of Local Beef, Eggplant and Rice of the Moment & Mango. But if you are ready to indulge in a full experience, opt for the 10-course with platters like Local Gourd and Salted Duck Egg, Slow Cooked pork Belly, Barley Koji and Local Cabbage & ‘Honey and Lychee’, just to name a few. The 10-course meal is priced at 2,500 ++ baht.
