A refreshing fruits-of-the-sea platter is always a treat, especially when it transports you to that trip to Capri, Marrakesh or Ibiza. Siam Kempinski Hotel Bangkok’s Alati restaurant is now offering this experience for you and your family with the Riviera Sunday Brunch. Featuring a fantastic selection of unlimited à la carte dishes from countries such as Spain, Morocco, France, Italy, Greece, Turkey and Lebanon, the brunch promises an invigorating dining experience.

Roasted Rosemary Murraylands Lamb Cutlet with Warm Chickpea Cream

Commencing the experience will be a welcome seafood platter with Canadian lobster, snow crab, poached prawns, black mussels and aphrodisiac oysters to awaken your appetite. The second course, which will be served individually at each table, is the traditional, buttery lobster bisque served with lightly whipped cream.

The third course presents a wide selection of greens and light bites, such as Norwegian cold smoked salmon and tuna carpaccio served with orange vinaigrette and beetroot hummus. Crab & Co, an onsen egg served on crab remoulade topped with hollandaise sauce and truffle vinaigrette is also worth the try. For a meat-free dish, have fresh burrata cheese served with aromatic roasted tomatoes, fresh basil and olive oil.

When at Alati, you mustn’t miss out on the cheese and charcuterie selections that include camembert, parmesan and chèvre terrine served with berries compôte, plus curry granola and toasted bread. There are also the Pata Negra, foie gras and chicken liver pâté.

For the unlimited choice of à la carte main-course dishes, notable items include the wagyu beef medallion ‘Café de Paris’ with young garlic baby potatoes, roasted rosemary-infused Murraylands lamb cutlet and the French pan-seared foie gras.

Lemon tart with torched meringue

You cannot complete your brunch without desserts. Try the tiramisu, the traditional Sicilian cannoli or the tangy lemon tart with torched meringue. Sip on an affogato or freshly brewed Moroccan mint tea to enhance the pleasure.

The Rivera Sunday Brunch package is priced at 2,400++ baht inclusive of water, soft drinks, coffee and tea. Children aged between six and twelve need only pay 1,200++ baht. For an extra bubbly Sunday, pay 1,200++ per person more for a free-flow of premium wines and cocktails.
