Rong Sabiang At Sansiri Backyard Is Perfect For A Wholesome Family Feast | Thailand Tatler

It’s been a long-time goal of Sansiri to create an environment of well-being for its tenants and the surrounding community. Sansiri Backyard @T77 Community is the manifestation of the firm’s vision to create a great neighbourhood with green spaces everybody can access. Welcoming four new zones into the space, including Patom, Pongyo, Chul Farm and Rong Sabiang, Sansiri Backyard is more ready than ever receive visitors looking for laid-back recreational activities with an eco-friendly edge.

Amongst the latest additions to the Backyard, Rong Sabian, the new greenhouse themed restaurant is one we’d most like to discuss. A tastefully laidback diner serving both Thai and international dishes, Rong Sabiang is made for families to who to bond over delicious and unpretentious food, drinks and atmosphere.

Before ordering your morsels, look through the drink lists. Rong Sabiang offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Keeping it kid-friendly, choose colourful mocktails like the Royal Crimson with pomegranate and fresh lime juice or Tam Jai Chan for mango lovers.

The chicken liver pâté will make a great start with its creamy texture and perfect seasoning, served with toasted baguette slices. As mentioned earlier, Rong Sabiang offers both international and Thai dishes, but the true signatures are dominated by the local ones. Royal summertime treats like watermelon with sugared fish flakes or the southern favourite, herbal salad with sweet boodoo dressing, also make great, refreshing starters.
