Mia is a vibrant and dynamic restaurant and bar serving mouthwatering dishes created by Bangkok-based chef-duo Pongcharn ‘Top’ Russell and Michelle Goh, previously of Freebird and Sühring. Combining the best of London’s dynamic dining scene and Bangkok’s fun-loving nightlife, Mia presents a playful and informal dining experience, capturing modern European flavours with an Asian edge.
Offering two dining concepts—Rooms where a seasonal eight-course tasting menu is offered and The Curtain, a more casual eatery with a gorgeous bar and succulent concussions—it’s time to revisit the hot dining spot located in Sukhumvit Soi 26.
Rooms
At Rooms, chefs Top and Michelle offer a seasonal eight-course tasting menu, drawing inspiration from their formal training in Michelin-starred restaurants in Europe and Asia, as well as their Thai and Malaysian upbringings. Utilising the best available produce from Thailand, the new menu highlights dishes such as the Pea Tartlette, served with smoked curd and finger lime, and a sumptuous Foie Gras Biscuit, paired with dark chocolate and pepper. Diners should also look forward to a tender 48-Hour Slow-Cooked Short Rib, served with a series of beef-based condiments.
Diners can opt for wine pairings of either four (1650++ baht) or six (2300++ baht) glasses. The eight-course tasting menu is priced 2,550++ baht.
