Chef James Noble, the award-winning mastermind behind the Ori9in organic farm and agro tourism resort in Chiang Mai, is holding an exclusive pop-up dining experience at Banyan Tree’s Saffron restaurant from 11-13 December. For the event, the UK chef will use Ori9in’s white menu format in which guests specify their preference of preparation time and dietary requirements for dishes prepared by chefs using the day’s freshest available organic ingredients. A special dining package of 5,999 baht during the flash residency at Saffron includes a spectacular dining experience for two, a night in a Horizon room at Banyan Tree Bangkok and complimentary admission to Ori9in Farm, valid for one year covering two people.
