Now that the regulations of social gatherings are nearly back to normal, Sindhorn Kempinski Hotel Bangkok is reintroducing Flourish restaurant as the perfect venue for talking business over a delicious and elegant meal. Two set menus are available, one offering Thai flavours and the other catering to a Western palate.
Start off by deciding if you feel like eating from the Thai or Western menu. Then select the main, the appetiser and the dessert. The Thai set offers three choices of appetisers, one of which is the piquant coconut, ginger and lemongrass mushroom soup. The most appetising mains on the Thai menu may very well be the Wagyu beef made into a high-end phad kaprao dish.
For the Western menu, the chef recommends starting off with the river prawn bisque and continuing with tempting entrees like the rich linguini with slow-cooked beef short rib ragout. With either menus, you can choose amongst three options of desserts to end your meal.
The Flourish Business Set Lunches are available Monday to Friday, from 11:30am to 3:30pm, for 580++ baht for the three courses. Two-course sets are also available for 490++ baht and soft drink, tea and coffee add-on are an option.
