Mia is back with a beautiful Valentine’s menu on February 13 and 14. Progressing from snacks and hot and cold starters to dishes to share and sweet endings by pastry chef Michelle Goh, find highlights such as sourdough brioche with shallot butter and onion ash, North sea crab, squid noodles and 48-hr braised short rib in the 10-course dinner. The menu is priced at 3,850++ baht per person and an additional 490++ baht for their non-alcoholic pairing which has been carefully curated by their Sommelier and Mixologist.

The St Regis Bangkok invites couples on a romantic journey of the senses with a Valentine’s buffet dinner at VIU on Sunday, February 14. The epic Valentine’s buffet dinner is available from 5pm to 8:30pm at 2,300++ baht per person.
