Promotion: February 18 – 23 2020 (Expired)
Mandarin Oriental’s newest restaurant, Kinu by Takagi, is definitely topping the list of the most coveted dining spots in Bangkok. Hidden behind a mysterious wall, the sliding door opens up to a stunning room with cinnabar-red accents. And now, for a very limited time, head chef Takagi Kazuo will be offering diners an exquisite 11-course Kyo-ryori dining experience, with selected black caviar from leading French sturgeon roe brand to be used in the very special kaiseki-style meal.
Premium Sturgeon caviar
Ikura is the common roe used in Japanese cuisine, but sturgeon caviar will give traditional dishes a whole new reinterpretation. Chef Takagi will be using black Ikura as the main ingredient along with the finest seasonal ingredients in his menu. Starting with bite-sized appetisers and followed by soup, the starter continues with the highest quality raw meat, sushi, deep-fried bites and abalone. This climaxes to the grilled Tokyo wagyu and Hokkaido scallops with prestige caviar. Wrapping up the meal is a speciality dessert with Japanese strawberries.
