Indian food never fails to satisfy with its richness and in times such as now, a little stimulation on the palate is what we all can appreciate. One of the most well-loved northern Indian restaurants in town, Punjab Grill is headed by chef Bharath S Bhat, who has created a special menu for delivery to satiate your opulent Indian tastes while #stayinghome.

Don’t be fooled by what is being called ‘snacks’ on the menu. Indian-fusion hot dogs and burgers that come with a side a fries can already make a meal on their own. Try the Murgh Pattice or butter chicken burger for some fast-food style satisfaction. The chicken or lamb seekh kebab in the hot dog bun is also very tempting, but if you are taking a break from animal proteins, definitely have the Paneer Veg Kathi Rolls or the Vegetable and Corn Kebab. Pizza lovers might also want to try the more experimental ‘Naanza’. In lieu of traditional Italian dough, the Indian adaptation uses naan under toppings such as chicken or paneer tikka.

Vegetarians will be delighted with the extensive meat-free menu. Try different bites with the Veg Kebab platter. The Bhatti Ka Paneer Tikka (grilled cottage cheese stuffed with mint chutney) and the Tandoori Portobello (sun-dried tomato stuffed grilled mushroom) are amongst options served on the platter. For more wholesome mains, selections of curries such as lentil Dal Makhani, chickpea Pindi Channa and Paneer Labadar are all nutritious and absolutely tasty.
Carnivores, on the other hand, can enjoy a huge selection of chicken, fish, lamb and more from Punjab Grill’s delivery menu. The Mutton Rogan Josh in onion and yogurt gravy is tender, and so is the butter chicken.
Finally, don’t call it a meal without the sugary Indian treats. Rasmalai, or fresh cheese poached in green cardamom flavoured milk, is refreshing, while the Gulab Jamun scented with rose water is the all-time favourite.
