Taking place between May 24-27, the workshop follows an inspirational four-day, three-night programme designed to educate, motivate and understand health and fitness through practising boxing fitness, movement, crystal therapy, yoga and much more. Coaching sessons will be given by experienced wellness practitioners Hayden Rhodes, Kim White, Andrew Stannard and Susanna Eduini. On top of that, participants will also enjoy spa treatments and delicious and nutritious meals designed by Linda Overman, director of JW Marriott's Mandara Spa, and the resort's executive chef, Dietmar Spitzer.

The Reboot & Maximize Your Energy workshop is priced 29,000 baht net per person, excluding accomodation and including daily healthy breakfast, lunch and dinner, two massage treatments at Mandarin Spa, a 30-minute private consultation with Hayden Rhodes and daily health seminars and fun activities with the practitioners. If you don't have four days to spare on your wellness, day packages and individual classes can also be booked.
