The luxury watchmaker celebrates one of its iconic timepieces, the Speedmaster, with a series of portrait tribute from its famous fans. The model which launched in sixty years ago extend beyond just a fashion statement and have been worn by astronauts during six lunar missions, adorned the wrists of race-car drivers, and more.

To commemorate the special occasion, fans of the classic model ranging from German DJ Robin Schulz to Olympics rowing medalist Pete Reed sat down to reveal their stories. Fans can view the series at www.omegawatches.com/SpeedmasterFans and are encouraged to share their own.  In addition, the brand has also released a limited edition Speedmaster model to coincide with its anniversary. The redesign features a modern chronograph caliber 1861, giving that throwback feel with subtle refinements suited for today’s time. The timepiece also comes as a package with two other Omega models, including the Railmaster and Seamaster, but hurry as 557 packages are made available for watch enthusiasts.
