Priced at 2,950++ baht per person with a glass of sparkling wine included, chef Olivier Limousin’s menu includes a starter choice of foie gras terrine under a sweet-spiced jelly and poached pear or Hokkaido scallop served with pumpkin soup and confit chestnuts.
