Since high school, Generation T honouree Panupong Tejapaibul has been obsessed with creating great social impact—and by great, he means Amazon, Facebook and Google-great. Because why can't someone from Thailand do just that? Don't we all have the same numbers of hours in a day?

Starting out as an online ticketing platform for small events in Thailand that were previously left behind by  any centralised or convenient ticketing system, fast-forward four years later, Ticketmelon has now expanded into a robust event solutions company that helps organisers create better events, starting from before the ticketing stage. 

With the company CEO still young and in his twenties, we stopped by his office for a quick chat on how Ticketmelon came to be and what he thinks is the secret to unlocking your potential.
