Property developer Singha Estate is to launch its first luxury low-rise condominium project under a new brand called EYSE. EYSE Sukhumvit 43 marks the company’s venture into the growing trend for low-rise condominiums.

Nattavuth Mathayomchan, chief residential development officer of Singha Estate, says that large property developers account for 80 percent of all projects in the market. However, with limited venue options for such projects, high demand for a location near a main street or the skytrain and increasing land prices, a new trend has emerged where low-rise condominium projects are being developed in smaller sois in the city centre.

Seising this opportunity, Singha Estate established the luxury EYSE low-rise condominium brand with a focus on privacy and a larger utility space for a superior living experience. The project is designed to accommodate Thai and international customers with urban living needs, as well as those looking to invest in high-potential real estate.

Located in Sukhumvit Soi 43, the first Singha Estate low-rise project is just 550 metres from Phrom Phong BTS and EmQuartier. Situated on almost 2 rai, the seven-story condominium comprises two buildings with a total of 107 units. The distinctive calling card of this project is its location in Phrom Phong area, surrounded by a charming community, Bangkok’s most developed shopping and lifestyle hubs, as well as a public park, exciting restaurants and a hose of first-class schools and hospitals. The project caters to those who are looking for tranquility and privacy while still wanting to enjoy a vibrant urban lifestyle.

With meticulously conceived design, EYSE Sukhumvit 43 exudes warmth that makes residents feel right at home. The one-bedroom units are 52.25-54.50 sqm, while the developer’s larger room sizes are bigger than most condominiums in the same price range along the BTS line. The project offers customization packages that serve specific needs of each customer, and each unit comes with a dedicated parking space. Common areas have been designed as multi-function facilities that enhance the sense of cosiness while offering great adaptability for different functions and social gatherings among the residents.

Singha Estate’s current luxury condominium portfolio includes both high-rise and low-rise condominiums. In the past three years, the company has launched three THE ESSE projects, namely THE ESSE Asoke, THE ESSE at Singha Complex and THE ESSE Sukhumvit 36, with a combined worth of 15 billion baht. These first three development projects have received positive feedback from both Thai and international clients with an approximate sales rate of 80 per cent. EYSE Sukhumvit 43 now adds even more residential alternatives for prospective customers and the company is planning at least three more luxury development projects in the near future.

Units at EYSE Sukhumvit 43 start at 13.99 million baht. Construction has begun and is expected to finish in the fourth quarter of 2020. The show residence, located next to Thonglor BTS station, is available for viewing. For additional information visit singhaestate.co.th or call 1221.
