The Atlas Building
Upon its anticipated completion in 2019, this 152-metre high development by Rocket Properties will be the tallest building in Hackney’s tech cluster. Designed by Make Architects, the residential tower features a sleek, tapered lines that draw the eye upwards. It features 302 apartments, along with a range of amenities including a gym, cinema, and a spa and pool at the ground floor.
Look to this property in Mayfair, for an abode situated at the city’s cultural centre—it’s just a stone’s throw away from the Royal Academy of Arts and other galleries. Due for completion in October 2017, the Native Land joint venture features a collection of 42 apartments perched above galleries on the ground and first floors.
Located on the Albert embankment, this riverside property by St James proffers panoramic views of the city skyline and waterfront area. Comprising 168 apartments, as well as facilities such as an infinity pool, cinema, bowling alley as well as a spa and gym, the development is expected to be completed in 2020.
