As you all have probably been anticipating, this year marks the big "nine-oh" for the iconic Oscar Awards, and without a red carpet dress code such as at the not-so-long-ago Golden Globes, Hollywood's stars arrived in full flair, donning the theme of their choosing. Beautifully Blue

The colour blue definitely made an impact on the red carpet, in particular amplifying Jennifer Garner, Nicole Kidman and the legendary Helen Mirren's looks with uttermost poise and regality. Swipe to see details and who they are wearing.

Magnificently Metallic

The night's spotlight stealers, however, were definitely all wearing custom metallic gowns. Some channelled the classic 80s superstar with their dazzling dresses, while others went for contemporary glam with gradient dress and sleek hair.

An Absolute Fairytale

The Hollywood fairytale came alive on the red carpet when Emily Blunt and Zendaya arrived in Schiaparelli and Giambattista Valli gowns, respectively.

Pretty In Pink

We're doubtful pink is making a full comeback to the top of the trends, but it definitely conquered the carpet for a few starlets of the 90th Oscar Awards, relying on a less-is-more approach in terms of silhouette and adornments.
