We recently got a first look at Sephora’s Spring 2017 essentials and beauty buffs be warned—viewing this slideshow may cause an uncontrollable urge to splurge. Held at the beautiful Grand Postal Building, the special showcase featured a vibrant and upbeat theme titled, ‘A Splash of Colours.’ While brands such as Supergoop, Caolion and Blithe made its first introduction in Thailand at the preview, also present were Sephora exclusives such as Becca, Stila, Hourglass, it Cosmetics, Tarte, Marc Jacobs Beauty, Kat Von D, Kenzoki, Ouai, Zoeva and many more. Here are the top 10 products we have our eyes on.
While Hourglass’ Ambient Lighting blushes continue to be our pick for the cheeks, we’re equally excited about the brand’s Girl Lip Stylo lippie—a fusion of lip balm, liner and lipstick in one. With a velvety and hydrating formula, it comes in twenty lustrous shades—our favourites are Achiever, a deep mauve, Believer, a peachy beige, and Visionary, a brick red.
Percy & Reed presented a mix of classic favourites revamped in new packaging, as well as other latest products from the line. It looks like the new Best Friend Totally Intensive Treatment Oil+ is going to be, well, our best friend. With camellia, macadamia and carrot seeds oil, the product can be applied to both dry hair, as a pre-shampoo treatment, or to towel-dried hair, if you wish for a more intensive one.
If you’re lacking beauty sleep or going through the occasional stress-induced insomnia like us, Thisworks’ Deep Sleep Pillow Spray may be the answer. With each spritz, the lavender helps to relieve tension, while vetivert soothes the mind and wild chamomile alleviates stress. They say that beautiful skin starts from a good night’s sleep, so get ready to bid farewell to restless nights.
Becca’s Soft Light Blurring Powder helps you achieve the real life dream filter. The translucent, loose setting powder blurs out tiny imperfections and sets your makeup, adding a faint glow and dimension to your face. It is best used with the brand’s (ultra) Soft Kabuki Brush.
These funky Korean rubber masks by Dr Jart+ offers a fun, at-home pampering routine. Our pick from the line is Clear Lover, in which the separate ampoule contains green tea, grape and persimmon extracts. Its rubber mask is made of marine ingredients, such as spirulina, kelp, agar seaweed, sea lettuce and sea mustard.
Kenzoki’s Moisturizing Jelly combines the benefits of a highly hydrating cream, the freshness of water and the mattifying effect of blotting paper in a tube. Its white lotus essence, the heart of the product, also delivers a light and calming fragrance.
With lip paints being all the rage right now, Tarte’s Tarteist Quick Dry Matte Lip Paint range got our eyes sparkling with excitement. Its kissable formula—quick dry, full coverage and transfer-proof—is available in 20 gorgeous matte shades.
Too busy to care, but needs a quick beauty fix? Blithe’s Patting Splash Mask allows for a 20-minute-worthy facial that is condensed into 15 seconds. Just add water, splash onto the face, gently pat, and voila…softer and smoother skin.
These new brushes by Zoeva are traditionally handcrafted by highly skilled brush masters. They’re made with genuine wood handles, six layers of lacquer, luxuriously shiny brass ferrule and the finest synthetic hair, giving you that gentle sweep without irritating your skin.
Keep an eye out on these Spring 2017 beauty essentials at all Sephora branches this coming March.
