On Monday night, 30 September 2013, Mr Nigel Oakins, chairman of Blue Mango Publishing and Naphalai Areesorn, Thailand Tatler’s editor in chief, transformed the Renaissance Bangkok Ratchaprasong Hotel’s Royal Maneeya Ballroom with a Golden Glamour theme to the delight of hundreds of people from Thailand’s social elite, from captains of industry and entrepreneurs to dedicated philanthropists and the most promising leaders of tomorrow, all of them gathered to celebrate Thailand Tatler’s 22nd anniversary.
In response to the Golden Glamour theme, guests dressed in the height of style. The glittering cast of attendees also enjoyed a sumptuous, four-course gourmet dinner. The evening’s ambience was further enhanced by a Gold Finger show and music from the Bangkok Symphony Orchestra, all presented with consummate, witty professionalism by emcee Ning Saraichatt.
