Audi Thailand took the automotive scene by storm, twice, with two impressive new launches. The first was the highly-anticipated unveiling of the Audi Centre Thailand, which marks Southeast Asia's largest Audi headquarters and service centre with a total of area of 4,800 square metres in two six-story buildings. This was quickly followed by the launch of the New Audi Q8, released to the public for the first time in the region.

To celebrate this large advancement for Audi Thailand, the chairman of the board and executive committee of Audi Thailand, Krisada Lamsam, hosted a grand opening ceremony, where he surprised guests with a personal performance of the song Rak Si Som. Michael Frisch, head of Audi sales overseas, flew in to attend the event as a special quest. The grand launch ceremony was also warmly attended by honourable society guests and Audi supporters such as MR Pridiyathorn Devakula, Thanpuying Orasa Lamsam and Khunying Chodchoy Sophonpanich, who enjoyed exclusive dining from Harrods and an after party by Byrd and Heart.
