Blancpain, Swiss luxury watch brand known for its link to the deep blue, recently debuted its Ocean Commitment III exhibition in Thailand earlier this month, honouring Bangkok as the first city in the world to receive this visual presentation of the brand's latest wave of oceanic outreach. Presiding over the inaugural event was Blancpain's brand manager, Achim Linke, area sales manager Dimitri Aubert and Yuki Srikarnchana of Pendulum. The exhibition, which was on display at the Crystal Court on Siam Paragon's M floor for a week, gave audiences the effect of being under the sea with through blue carpeting and backdrops, lighting and stunning underwater photography by world-famous exploration photographers such as Imran Ahmad, who was present at the opening event. The exhibition also showcased 250 significant Blancpain timepieces in Thailand for the first time, as well as unveiled the latest Blancpain Fifty Fathoms watch—the Ocean Commitment III. Ditawat Issara, Puri Hiranprueck and Pimdao Panichsamai were amoung the renowned society figures who attended the opening of this first-in-the-world exhibition at Siam Paragon on June 8.
